Our Story
Shiksha Se Safalta was not born out of a grand institutional plan. It was created out of a simple, personal conviction: that those who have been fortunate enough to achieve something in life, carry a quiet responsibility toward those who haven't. That the truest measure of a life well-lived is not what one accumulates, but what one leaves behind for others to build upon.
Like many rural communities, the children face a gap between the education they receive and the quality they need to genuinely succeed; not for want of intelligence or ambition, but simply for want of opportunity.
Shiksha Se Safalta ("Success Through Education") was founded to close that gap.

Inclusive learning
Our programs are designed to include both children and their parents. We encourage families to sit in, ask questions and learn together, so that support for each child continues even after class.
Classroom & beyond
A dedicated teacher travels from a neighbouring village every day to ensure no class is missed. Alongside regular sessions, guest mentors are periodically invited to inspire, guide, and broaden the horizons of every student in the room.
Community rooted
Classes are held at a borrowed space in the village itself. The mission is backed by retired residents of Kaithi who share the conviction that quality education transforms families across generations.
